Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Thailand.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your destination country's customs clearance and local postal service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

You do not need to return damaged items.

After verifying the issue, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
